BODYARMOR State Games Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS unless an event/division is canceled or a participant is found to be ineligible because of a failure to meet residency or age requirements. In order to protect the health and safety of all participants, I understand and agree that North Carolina Amateur Sports may determine that the event needs to be terminated at any point during the event with no refund and that I may no longer be able to participate or compete in the event. There will be no refunds for bad weather situations, force majeure events, acts of God, etc.
