🕓 Parking Opens: 3:30 PM | Ride Starts: 6:00 PM | Concert: 7:00–10:00 PM

Get ready to shine! The 10th Annual Glow Ride is more than just a bike ride — it’s a glowing community tradition filled with lights, music, fun, and fundraising to support local causes.

This year’s event takes place at the Venice Airport Festival Grounds, featuring music, food trucks, vendors, and an epic post-ride concert with 22N — all under the stars.

🚴‍♀️ Event Schedule:

• 3:30 PM – Parking Opens

• 4:00 PM – Registration Opens, Vendor Zone & Pre-Ride Music Begin

• 6:00 PM – Glow Ride Departs

• 6:45–7:00 PM – Riders Return

• 7:00–10:00 PM – Post-Ride Concert with 22N, Food Trucks & Beer Garden

🎟️ Registration Includes:

• Entry to the Glow Ride or just the after-party

• A commemorative T-shirt (register by Nov 16 — no extras!)

• Your first beer from Big Top Brewing 🍻

• Access to the concert, vendor zone, food trucks & beer garden

• A $20 coupon for Bicycles International (with $50+ purchase)

• Entry into raffle giveaways and the Most Decorated Bike/Rider Contest

💡 Everyone entering the grounds — rider or not — needs a ticket. There is no spectator area at the venue. Proceeds support community programs.

🍔 Food & Drinks:

• Your first beer is included, courtesy of Big Top Brewing

• Additional drinks will be available for purchase from the Venice MainStreet beer garden

• Food trucks will serve up delicious meals & treats throughout the night

🛍️ Vendors:

• Shop local artisans & vendors from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Vendor registration opens August 1 — free participation (must bring own lighting)

🎉 Downtown Glow Loop:

The ride passes through downtown Venice, lighting up the streets! Locals can cheer riders on from the sidewalks. Be sure to wave 👋
