The Winter Iowa Games are held each year in Dubuque, The Quad Cities, and Iowa City/Cedar Rapids. Volunteer needs range from checking in athletes to swimming timers.

The dates for 2026 are January 31 - February 1, 2026 (Dubuque), February 6-8, 2026 (Quad Cities), and February 21-22/TBD (Cedar Rapids/Iowa City).

IMPORTANT: We ask that if you are age 14 & below that you have an adult volunteer with you.
