2026 High School Baseball Coaching Interest Form

The 2026 BODYARMOR State Games High School Baseball Tournament will tentatively be held June 15-19 in Greensboro. We are now accepting applications from prospective new State Games coaches for 2026. If you are interested in coaching in the State Games, please complete the application below. The deadline to submit applications is December 5. Please note that the eight State Games regions are not the same as the NCHSAA and NCBCA regions.

Each team will have a head coach and three assistants, so each team will need to add at least one more coach. Selection of coaches will be based on: high school coaching experience, geographic location within the region, number of years coaching in the region and previous interest in being a State Games coach.

Underclassmen coaches rotate up each year until they are the head coach of their region. During the past 38 years the State Games have involved more than 1,000 high school coaches from around the state. Rotating our coaches each year allows us to involve more coaches, conferences, geographic areas, and provides more equality in team selection. We hope you will consider applying to be a State Games coach.
