Defer Form for 9 to 5k Challenge

You must be signed in to use this form, and the email you use to sign in must match the email you used to register.

If you signed up as an individual (freelancer):

- Per our deferral policy, runners can defer their race until 9/6/24 by completing the deferral form.
- The registration fee ($50) minus handling fees will be refunded in the form of a credit that can be used toward any Capstone Race.
- The credit will be good for (1) year from the date issued.

The deferral window will close at 11:59 PM on 9/6/24. No exceptions to this deadline will be made.

If you signed up as a team:

- If the registration was paid for by the company, the deferred registration will be removed from the company invoice.
- If the registration was paid for by the employee, the employee will receive a credit for the amount they paid to register ($50) minus any handling fees.

Please note that you will receive race credit for the amount you paid for your registration that you can apply to a future race. You will not automatically be registered for next year’s race. The credit is good for (1) year from the date issued.
