2024 Coastal Ride Hotel Reservation Form

Below are the Cycle NC Host hotels for the 2024 Coastal Ride. We have partnered with Travel Direction to manage all of your hotel reservation needs. Please complete the Hotel Reservation Form and Travel Direction will coordinate reservations on your behalf directly with each hotel. You will be emailed a confirmation number no later than 7 days before the event. The $10 service fee charged per reservation is for the booking and coordination of your reservation with the hotel.

ALL RATES BELOW INCLUDE TAX! YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE FORM. 3-night minimum stay is required ..... All reservations and prices below are for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. To extend your stay on either side, comment in the "additional information" box before completing your payment.
