2022 WOL Fall Cross Country
WHAT: Without Limits Triangle is a competitive youth running club dedicated to developing distance runners. Our goal is to make training fun while encouraging athletes to push themselves to become better and smarter runners.

The Fall Cross Country session is focused on training for distances ranging from 3k to 5k in length. Throughout the season, athletes are able to come alongside other dedicated athletes and coaches for quality workouts focused on building endurance, speed, and core strength. The program also offers opportunities for the athletes to compete as a team in cross country meets both locally and across the state.


WHO:  Our training program is open to 5th-12th grades students of all abilities. We have a range of skill levels ranging from beginners to some of the fastest kids in the nation. We will adjust workouts for athletes based on their experience and ability.


WHERE/WHEN: August 8th - October 15th
Our practice locations will include Mills Park Middle School Track & Umstead Park (Old Reedy Creek Entrance). We will also offer supplemental group runs throughout the week that will usually be at The American Tobacco Trail.

Our main practice days are Mondays & Wednesdays (5:30-7:00pm) and on Saturday mornings (8:00-9:45 AM). Note: Whenever we race on Saturday, we will either cancel the morning run or reschedule to Sunday afternoon.

Monday @ 5:30 - 7:00 PM, Mills Park Middle School
Wednesday @ 5:30 - 7:00 PM, Umstead Park - Old Reedy Creek Entrance
Saturday @ 8:00 - 9:45 AM, Umstead Park - Old Reedy Creek Entrance
