Without Limits Youth practices 2x per week. We have a sprint team and distance team. Sprints are coached by USATF coaches Ryan Hauck and Thomas Dosier. Distance is coached by Coach Aaron Kolk, Coach Colin Hackman and Coach Tom Clifford.
We group people based on what their main goals are as a young athlete. Some kids come to us to improve in the sports of track and cross country. Others come to get in shape for their other sports such as soccer, football or baseball.
