Summer 2022 Youth Training Program
Without Limits Charleston is excited to announce our Summer 2022 Youth Program, which will run from June 4th - July 23rd. Led by our certified coaches, this 8-week training program will prepare youth athletes for the IOP Beach Run 5k on Saturday, July 23rd. The program is open to kids/teens 8-16 years old and is for youth runners of all levels.

Practices will be held Tuesdays (5pm), Thursdays (5pm), and Saturdays (8am) and will have a specific meeting location each week (see schedule below). Each practice will last 90 minutes.

Please join us Thursday, June 2nd at 5pm at Fleet Feet in Mount Pleasant for a kick-off and information session. The program officially starts with its first practice on Saturday, June 4th.

Week 1: Saturday, (6/4) - Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (6/7, 6/9, 6/11) - Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park (near playground)
Week 3: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (6/14, 6/16, 6/18) - West Ashley Greenway at Windermere shopping center (behind TCBY)
Week 4: Tuesday, Thursday (6/21 & 6/23) at Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park. Saturday (6/25) - Isle of Palms (beach access point near Coconut Joe's)
Week 5: Tuesday & Thursday (6/28, 6/30) - Hampton Park (no practice 7/2 for July 4th holiday)
Week 6: Thursday & Saturday (7/7, 7/9) - Hampton Park (no practice 7/5 for July 4th holiday)
Week 7: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (7/12, 7/14, 7/16) - West Ashley Greenway at Windermere shopping center (behind TCBY)
Week 8: Tuesday, Thursday (7/19, 7/21) - Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park
Saturday (7/23) - Race Day!

Early registration fee is $225 through May 13th. Registration will increase to $245 on May 14th. Registration includes structured running practices from Without Limits certified coaches, a team t-shirt, entry into the IOP Beach Run 5k on July 23rd, a gear-up program at a local Fleet Feet location, and much more.

Families registering two or more kids will receive a $20 discount code. All current Without Limits athletes will receive a discount for children participating in the program. Limited partial scholarships are available. Please email for discount codes and details on how to apply for a scholarship.

Hydration and nutrition are important for this program. All athletes should bring water to every practice. Parents/guardians will be asked to provide dietary and health information when registering.
