Welcome to the Without Limits - Walk to Run Program! Let us help you set some goals and become a better version of yourself!

For over 13 years, Without Limits has been working with runners of all levels from beginner to elite. Our Walk to Run Program will introduce you to the sport, and our proven system of coaching will teach you how to safely and effectively incorporate running into your current fitness goals. We offer educated guidance from certified coaches, and our weekly group workouts provide support and accountability. So, Let's Get Started!

Winter 2022 Session: January 10th - February 26th

First Practice: January 10th, @ 5:45PM at The Pointe (in the parking lot to the left of the theater by 16th St.)***First Practice is FREE.....come out, bring your friends, and see what we are all about!

Program Details

Practices: Walk to Run specific practices meet every Wednesday 5:45pm. Location: UNCW TRACK if you would like to add Monday evenings to this you can simply check the box below and come 2x per (week which we recommend for better results)

End Goal: The program will conclude with Wilmington Marathon 5K Race, February 26th
