Without Limits Triangle: Winter Track Session
Who: Athletes ages 8-17 years old.

What: 10 Week Training Program with a track focus. The winter is a great time to build and strengthen a runner's foundation and help prepare them for for a successful (injury free) outdoor track & field season. It also can provide opportunities for athletes in other sports like lacrosse and soccer to focus on endurance, speed, strength, & mobility. We are planning on providing a few opportunities for races but these meets will mostly serve as good opportunities to gauge our training and maybe even gain some racing experience but racing is NOT the main goal of these next couple of months...our main goal is to prepare athletes for spring track.

Where & When: January 3 - March 5
Monday @ 5:30 - 7:00 PM, Mills Park Middle School
Wednesday @ 5:30 - 7:00 PM, Mills Park Middle School
Saturday @ 9:00 - 10:45 AM, Umstead Park

Our main practice locations will include Mills Park Middle School Track & Umstead Park.

$220.00
Includes: 10 weeks of training on a lighted track, long-sleeve perfomance t-shirt, & 2-3 local meets (tentative).
