Tobacco Road Full Marathon Start Time Selection

The Saturday, May 15, 2021, Tobacco Road Full Marathon will start 90 runners every 15 minutes in socially-distanced corrals, starting runners with an average interval of about 9 seconds. This will provide spacing between runners of 50+ feet on the course to ensure continued distancing and provide sufficient room for passing at a distance.

Please select your start time before midnight on Sunday, May 9, 2021. Note: You may modify your time by submitting a new form up until midnight Sunday.

The first two waves (6:00am and 6:15am) are restricted to runners with an expected finish time of 3:30 or LESS OR an expected finish time of 6:30 or MORE. It is important that you honor this policy.

IMPORTANT Notes:
-Your selection is a REQUEST, not a confirmed time. We expect to be able to honor most requests and will confirm your start time in email by Thursday, May 13.
- The planned course cut-off time is 2:00pm, but if your start time + expected finish is after 2:00pm, we will contact you to adjust plans.
- Parking passes will NOT be required. If you arrive via car more than 30 minutes before your start time, please remain in your car.
- Spectators are NOT permitted at the start/finish line.
- If you do NOT select a time, you will NOT be able to run.
