WOL Boot Camp
30-minute workout consisting of calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. This class will build strength and help with injury prevention. Athletes will be asked to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get in a short jog/walk warm-up. There will not be running involved in the boot camp, but warming up the muscle prior to the strength circuit is important. Athletes will be asked to bring a yoga mat or towel and water.
