Welcome to the Without Limits - Walk to Run Program! Let us help you set some goals and become a better version of yourself!

For over 13 years, Without Limits has been working with runners of all levels from beginner to elite. Our Walk to Run Program will introduce you to the sport, and our proven system of coaching will teach you how to safely and effectively incorporate running into your current fitness goals. We offer educated guidance from certified coaches, and our weekly group workouts provide support and accountability. So, Let's Get Started!

July 2020 Session (12 weeks): July 8th-End of September-

First Practice: Wednesday, July 8th @ 5:45PM at Hugh MacRae Park ***First Practice is FREE.....come out, bring your friends, and see what we are all about!

Program Details

Practices: Walk to Run specific practices meet every Wednesday 5:45pm. Location: This will vary, so check the calendar weekly for updates. We will also offer other options as well to get your runs in.

End Goal: The program will conclude with a scheduled 5K at the end of September which is still to be determined.
