Welcome to the Without Limits - Walk to Run Program! We appreciate your interest, and we look forward to working with you!

For over 13 years, Without Limits has been working with runners of all levels from beginner to elite. Our Walk to Run Program will introduce you to the sport, and our proven system of coaching will teach you how to safely and effectively incorporate running into your current fitness goals. We offer educated guidance from certified coaches, and our weekly group workouts provide support and accountability. So, Let's Get Started!

Winter Session: November 13th - January 18th

First Practice: Wednesday, November 13th @ 6:15PM at UNCW Track ***First Practice is FREE.....come out, bring your friends, and see what we are all about!

Program Details

Practices: Walk to Run specific practices meet every Wednesday 6:15pm-7:15pm. Location: This will vary, so check the calendar weekly for updates. **Need more accountability....no problem! Your package includes the option to attend the following Level 1 practices!

Monday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm Level 1
Thursday: 6:15pm - 7:15pm Level 1

End Goal: The program will conclude with your choice of ONE of the following race options: 1. Southern Tour Ultra Team Relay Event - January 18, 2020 2. WECT Get Fit With 6 5K - Date TBA (January 2020)
