ILM - WALK TO RUN SUMMER

Welcome to the Without Limits Walk to Run Program. We are truly excited to help you get into the sport with a healthy and fun approach.
Without Limits has been working with runners for 12 years and we have a proven system of helping runners reach their goals. We want to help you get into the sport and embrace it as we have.
You will meet every Wednesday at 6:15pm at the location listed on the calendar.
Here is the schedule and what you should expect.
WEDNESDAY: 6:15 to 7:15 - Walk to Run group specific session - intro to running, learn basic movements for strength, stretching, and form.
Thursday: 6:15pm to 7:15pm Level 1
Monday: 6:15pm to 7:15pm Level 1
The first session will begin Wednesday WEDNESDAY JUNE 12th
The program will train up for the Copperhead 20K Relay August 24th and each Walk to Runner will be placed on a team for camaraderie.
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
3 certified coaches
1 walk to run specific practice and 2 other Level 1 practices to join with
