ILM - WALK TO RUN SPRING

Welcome to the Without Limits Walk to Run Program. We are truly excited to help you get into the sport with a healthy and fun approach.
Without Limits has been working with runners for 11 years and we have a proven system of helping runners reach their goals. We want to help you get into the sport and embrace it as we have.
The Walk to Run program is for New Clients only. You will meet every Wednesday at 5:45pm at the location listed on the calendar.
Here is the schedule and what you should expect.
WEDNESDAY: 5:45 to 6:45 - Walk to Run group specific session - intro to running, learn basic movements for strength, stretching, and form.
Thursday: 6:30pm to 7:30pm Level 1
Monday: 6:30pm to 7:30pm Level 1
The first session will begin Wednesday MARCH 13th at UNCW TRACK
