NHRMC Wrightsville Beach Marathon Madness
Race Ready NUTRITION Program

-a 10 week nutrition program that equips athletes with knowledge and skills to maximize their race performance

-meetings held weekly on Thursday nights 6:00-7:00 pm

-starting January 3rd and ending March 7th, wrapping up in time for NHRMC Wrightsville Beach Marathon or Half Marathon on March 9, 2019

-a meal plan and weekly menus designed to help each athlete meet the nutrient and energy needs of training for their “A race” with a more optimal weight and fueling strategy. (Weekly weight checks for athletes working on weight loss)

- this group program will support Wilmington-area participants in the NHRMC Wrightsville Beach Marathon and Half Marathon with Nutrition Education and Coaching, Accountability, and Detailed Nutrition Plans for both training and Race Day

-all sessions will be lead by Without Limits Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Diana Davis

-$375 for the 10-week program, valued at $500
