Times: 6pm (Wed) & 4:00pm (Sun)
In variation to our previous training programs this 3 month program will focus on fundamentals of fitness. We will incorporate circuit training, building strength, and working on speed and agility. If your child would like to join our team this would be a perfect time to get them going as all of our workouts will be built on the individuals development and progression.
