Strength Training Sessions
What: Strength Training Session (All Levels)
Where: 320 W. Butler Road
Who: For Runners and Fitness Enthusiast of any ability looking to gain foundation and strength
When: Sunday's at 2:00pm (please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to get acclimated and ready)
Capacity: First 15 Registrations. When this is filled we will open a second class later in the afternoon

Thank you for registering for our Strength For Runners Sunday program. We will be in touch with you about class details, times, locations, and expectations of the workout. We would like to encourage you to set goals that will enhance your performance but give you a fun and safe experience in our class. We will have various levels and workouts for our participants to ensure that all ability levels are met so we can all improve effectively!

What to Expect:
Class will begin promptly at 2:00pm
Please arrive 5 minutes early
What to Bring:
- Water Bottle
- Small Hand Towell

Class will begin with a series of warm up drills that our Endurance Team practices before every workout or training session. After our drills we will perform a 10-15 minute warm up that will include a light core exercise and a bit of run walking around the facility and close by neighborhoods. Each class will have 3 levels of workouts to include every level of athlete. The workouts will be posted on the white board. Our coaches/trainers will go over the exercises for the day and will also lead them during the workout. If at any time you feel uncomfortable with that workout or drill please stop and wait for someone to assist you. Its important to practice good form. After the workout is over we will execute a series of cool down running activities and stretches as a group.
