Help register runner the day of the event(September 13th) and pass out bibs to those who have already registered. You will need to arrive by 6:30am and be available until 8:45 am

Two volunteers needed to be back-up timers. Please arrive no later than 8am, must be able to stay until 10am.

We need 8 volunteers to help coordinate our parking lot for the morning of the race(September 13th) to ensure that drivers and racers are safe and taken care of on race morning!

We need 30 volunteers, OVER THE AGE OF 21, positioned along the race route during the 5K. These volunteers will help guide runners along the race route an ensure that cars do not hit our runners at small interactions. You will need to be along the route for the duration of the race (rain or shine), so please dress appropriately. Raleigh Police will also be along the route at major intersections. This is a city of Raleigh requirement. If these positions are not filled, our event can NOT occur. It is critical that you notify us if you are NOT able to assist on race day.

We need two volunteers to serve as our race "finishers". This person will walk the race route and will wear a vest and follow the last race participant to signal that all runners/walkers have completed the course.

We need four volunteers to help with our water stop. You will need to have a vehicle that can transport the water and table out to the water stop. Volunteers will pour water and ensure cups are cleaned up after runners past the water stop. Volunteers must arrive at 7:30am to pick up water stop supplies and will be finished around 9:30am.

We need 2 volunteers to help check in our various volunteers

We need 1 volunteer to help answer various questions for racers and volunteers throughout race day

People who volunteer for this role will be assigned a duty as needed the day of the race. Please arrive at 7:45am and be prepared to fill any of the above roles or other duties as needed. You will need to be available until 10am. Select this position only if you are over the age of 21.

We need 15 volunteers to help with packet pick-up the night before the race, September 12th. Packet pick-up will be at Sola. Volunteers will help with set-up and need to be at Sola from 345-7pm.
