- 5:45pm Pickup and deliver food from Layne's Chicken in Roanoke and deliver to AO Dog Pound 6:30pm.
- Pickup water for event. Deliver to event at 6pm. Purchase can be reimbursed or you can donate water to the GTE.

Large/Loud Speaker and Microphone 1/1 all spots filled

Large speaker and microphone/karaoke machine for music and announcements. Bring your party playlist (clean lyrics only).
Plan on being available 1 hour pre event to setup and test equipment.

Flex Driver/Walker 3 spot(s) filled

Be available during the 14 hour Crucible as a Walker/Driver. You may switch from one to another giving you time to rest if needed. Might be driving the truck with water, gear, or medical vehicle.

Driver/Gear Transport 1/1 all spots filled

Do not expect a ton of driving, so bring a F3 Brother or three and enjoy some coffee and great conversation with the other Support crew!
Plan on being able to take a nap, but have your phone on for when we need you!
Bring or drive a truck to transport and stage gear/supplies as needed. You can split this shift with another PAX so you can rest/sleep as needed.

Truck/Trailer Driver 1/1 all spots filled

Must be able to comfortably back up a 20 foot trailer. Do not expect a ton of driving, so bring a F3 Brother or three and enjoy some coffee and great conversation with the other Support crew!
Transport of three 20 foot logs to and from event. Will need truck and flatbed trailer.
Plan on being able to take a nap but have your phone available just in case!

Medically trained to address minor injuries that may occur during the event like sprains, cuts, abrasions.

Patch Ceremony

M's, 2.0, family/friends, and F3 Brothers meet at the finish line! After a long night, a quick celebratory drink, snacks, Patch Ceremony and thank the F3 Nation team for leading us!

Patch Ceremony Q 1/1 all spots filled

You will be helping organize and POC (point of contact) for Patch Ceremony. Ensure light breakfast snacks (granola bars, fruit, bagels, donuts, drinks, ice, coolers, etc are available for guests and finishers. Arrive early to finish line to arrange drink and snack placement, motivational music is playing, and attendees are hosted well experiencing 2ndF in parking lot.

Ice Man 1/1 all spots filled

- Pre Event: Gather 4 large coolers from friends

- 0630: Pick up approximately 10 bags of ice

- 0700 Arrive at Bear Creek Park to load drinks into coolers

Snack Man 1/1 all spots filled

Make a Costco or Sams club run with a brother, pick up snacks and drinks before the event for families, friends, and participants. Expecting about 100 people including participants. Recommended snacks include fruit, granola bars, donuts, fruit snacks.

Arrive 0700 Sunday morning to setup/arrange drinks/snacks for guests and finishers.

We can reimburse the expense or you can donate the purchase to the cause. Total expense estimate approx $250
