Duties include organizing/handing out participant packets, documenting attendance, assisting runners with finding their bib number, greeting participants with smiles and answering questions/providing race information. Position may require some light lifting up to 30 lbs.

Set Up Crew: Duties include setting up various stations and equipment, (ex: Finish Line, Signage, Medals, Food and Water). Some areas will require lifting of equipment and materials such as tables and chairs, please make sure you are physically fit to lift some of the materials before registering and volunteering as set-up crew.

Take Down Crew: Duties include taking down signs, breaking down stations, and picking up trash from the surrounding area. Standing, bending, lifting 25-50 lbs, getting dirty are all required.

Take Down Crew:

Duties include restocking water throughout the course of the morning, handing beverages to runners as they come by, restocking tables, passing out food to finishers, and cleaning up the area when the last runner passes. Standing for long periods will be required.

Course Monitors are strategically placed along the race route to direct and cheer on athletes at specific intersections/locations. Volunteers may also have to redirect any traffic that approaches the race route.

Duties include providing first aid services to runners in case of any emergency or injury that may occur during the event. This includes providing basic medical services such as treating minor injuries such as cuts and scrapes, providing fluids and electrolytes, dressing wounds, assessing heart rate and other vital signs, etc.

Duties include ensuring continuous participant flow and efficient distribution of materials.

Duties will include being flexible and adaptable to any role that may need additional assistance. and a can-do attitude!

Duties include taking pictures to memorialize the event.
