TOURNAMENT DATE: May 30, 2026

EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEE: $300 per team
** Entry fee increases to $350 per team starting on April 13th.
** Forfeit Fee: Any team that drops out of the tournament once the schedule has been posted or forfeits a game during the tournament will be assessed a $100 fee.  

ENTRY DEADLINE: 11:59pm on May 17. Late entries may be accepted if space permits.

DIVISIONS: The age cutoffs for matches are as follows:
     U19: 18 and under as of Sept 1 2025 
     U16: 15 and under as of Sept 1 2025
     U14: 13 and under as of Sept 1 2025
     U12: 11 and under as of Sept 1 2025
**Please note only 12 players can be made available for any match

ROSTER DEADLINE: 11:59pm on May 25
     ** Rosters MUST be submitted online by having each player and coach complete the Team Member Log-in form. Instructions on how to do so will be sent in a follow-up e-mail to the person that registers the team. Teams that have not submitted their roster by the roster deadline will not be eligible to compete
