The Registration link on this page is ONLY for the purchase of the ESWG sweater.  There will be no refunds for confusion and ordering a sweater while thinking you were registering for the event.  Buying the sweater as an athlete WILL NOT register you for the event.

Ski and Snowboard Cross is an event that requires athletes to negotiate a downhill course consisting of banked turns, jumps and rollers.  Athletes qualify via individual time trial which seeds them into heats consisting of up to 4 athletes.  The first two athletes across the finish line advance to the next round and continue until the final round where the champs are determined.

This 2-day event is sanctioned by the United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association(USASA) and conducted by the USASA Adirondack Series at Whiteface Mountain in Wilmington, NY January 31 - February 1, 2026.  Participants must be current members of the USASA and may choose to race either or both days by following the link to event registration.  Use the drop-down to choose Adirondack Series events.

For registered athletes who wish to purchase an Empire State Winter Games Sweater.  Sweaters can be picked up at Whiteface Mountain upon check-in outside the NYSEF Uihlein Training Center (log building just above main lodge) upon check-in on competition day. Look for the USASA tent. There will be no size substitutions.
