Grab your furry friends and get ready for be bow wowed! Join us at Alston Town Center in Cary NC for the first ever Alston 5K-9, the Triangle's first dog-themed race. Treat your pup to tail-wagging treats, doggie warmups, and a commemorative finisher's dog tag.

Proceeds will benefit Ry-Con Service Dogs, a non-profit organization Raleigh, NC that specializes in training dogs for children and adults with neurological disorders, such as autism and PTSD.

Registration is $25 through April 1^st, $30 through May 17^th, and $35 through May 19^th. Runners are encouraged to register early and give the number of pups joining in their registration in order to receive a commemorative finisher’s dog tag medal.
