In the situation where the event has to cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Race Director and Race Committee:
Refunds will not be made, but race packets will be available to registered participants at a yet-to-be-determined location and time. The location and time will be communicated to participants via emails and website.
- Local, State or National Emergency
- Hazardous or dangerous weather conditions
- Pandemic - type condition
- Conditions as determined by the City of Durham and/or Durham County
