Entry Fees

Early Registration (until July 1): $40 per participant - (includes all events)
Late Registration (July 2 - 15): $50 per participant 
Doubles partners must register separately.
*Processing Fee: $2.95 plus 3% per person or $5 per paper registrations

Sport Information

Minimum of 4 teams/participants, maximum of 8 teams/participants allowed in each division.
(commissioners may combine divisions based on numbers)

Female Doubles - Upper Intermediate (3.5 - 4.0)
Female Doubles - Lower Intermediate (3.0 - 3.5)
Male Doubles - Upper Advanced (4.5 - 5.0)
Male Doubles - Upper Intermediate (3.5 - 4.0)
Mixed Doubles - Upper Intermediate (3.5 - 4.0)
Mixed Doubles - Upper Intermediate 55+ (3.5 - 4.0)

Check-In: 7:30 a.m.
Women's Doubles: 8:00 a.m.
Men's Doubles: 1:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 21
Check-In: 7:30 a.m.
Mixed Doubles: 8:00 a.m.
Co-ed Singles: 1:00 p.m.

Online Registration Deadline: July 15
Guaranteed T-Shirt Deadline: July 1

 

T-Shirt Pickup

Register by July 1 and your t-shirt will be available for pick up at your event site during check-in.
All participants registered after July 1 will pick up t-shirts at Billings Hotel & Convention Center during t-shirt pickup hours.
Friday, July 19: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 20: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 21:  10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
