Strength, conditioning and flexibility specific exercises to meet the muscular needs of runners, triathletes and all, working towards overall self improvement, (with an emphasis on running form). Warm up, workout, core and cool down. Resistance and body weight workouts are the focus on the bi weekly session of boot camp style group training classes. Form drills, plyometrics, HIIT, stations, Flo Yoga are just some of the workouts you can expect, optional run outdoors after, weather permitting. Minimum 4 participants required.
