Race Day Check List

Race Day Checklist
The best way to ensure a successful race day is to first be prepared.  Lay things out on your floor or bed and visualize each step of a triathlon to figure out what you may need (better to over prepare than under).  Pack everything up the night before and place your gear by the front door so you don't forget anything!
SWIM
Must Have Optional Notes

BIKE

RUN
