This Saturday at 6:00am, we will be riding the course for the last time. Coach Robin will be meeting up with the group in the morning and talking about key parts of the race and they everyone can group up their own groups and ride. We will NOT riding as a GROUP but you will be doing your own race prep and we will all be meeting back at the parking lot after. This is where you need to prepare for next weekend and confirm your personal game plan.
I do hope to see anyone planning on racing next weekend out at this ride.
Due to Fred and Robin out of town on 4-15 we will need to cancelled this ride and reschedule it for the following day. WE do understand it is Easter Sunday but Robin will still be riding the course and your welcome to come.
If you plan to attend the iTri Power Class on Monday, please RSVP so we have a headcount. Bring your bike and all your riding gear. We will work on HR and Power Zones plus Perceived Exertion while riding. This session will be especially helpful for race pacing.

Saturday's iTri bike event has been broken into three components. All participants must RSVP to confirm their attendance. Assemble in the parking lot at the south end of Lake Sahuarita at the designated time.
7:30-9:00 AM - Bike Skills Clinic - parking lot-style skills session including starting/stopping, braking, shifting, turning, scanning behind, signaling, obstacle avoidance and Instant Right Turn.
7:30-9:00 AM - Olympic Course Ride - suitable for those riders already possessing the requisite skills listed above.
9:00-10:30 AM - Sprint course preview - suitable for all riders possessing the requisite skills listed above.

I'll be coming from work. If this is about transitions, do we need to bring our bike? I thought it was a run. What else do we bring? (Sorry I missed the swim this am. I did swim on my own, but not the same thing.)
Tomorrow's bike clinic will be held upstairs at Fitworks. Please bring your bike and bike gear (i.e. bike clothing, bike shoes, water bottle, etc). This session includes a short indoor ride so you won't need your helmet. Also, we will be collecting heart rate data so be sure to bring your Garmin.
TUESDAY Swimmers, I know we are getting down to the last session but if you have signed up for a class please UNRSVP if you can not attend the session. There are only so many spots and we need to fill them if possible.
